Skills
What You’ll Bring
Active NMLS license
Proven experience in the mortgage industry
Established book of business
Knowledge of QM and Non-QM
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Comfort using loan origination systems and technology
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and commitment to excellent customer service
Experience
Applicants are required to have prior experience in the industry, an active NMLS license, and a personal book of business.
Responsibilities
Loan officers are responsible for generating new business, qualifying customers, and making it happen for the customer from start to finish.
