• This may include “nonpublic personal information” (NPI) under GLBA, such as financial account details or creditworthiness information.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time/date of access, referring/exit pages, and clickstream data.
• Cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies: We use these for functionality, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and advertising. You can manage preferences via your browser or our cookie banner (if implemented).
• Location data: Approximate location from IP address or device settings (if enabled).

C. Information from Third Parties

5. Data Retention

We retain information as long as necessary for the purposes collected, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. NPI is retained per regulatory requirements (e.g., several years for mortgage records).

6. Your Choices and Rights

• Marketing opt-out: Contact us (Section 10) to stop promotional emails/calls.
• Cookies/tracking: Manage via browser settings or our cookie tool.
• GLBA opt-out: If we share NPI with nonaffiliated third parties for their independent use (outside exceptions), you can opt out by contacting us. Your choice remains until you revoke it.

For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA Supplement) Certain personal information may be exempt under GLBA, but to the extent CCPA applies:

• We collect categories like identifiers, financial information, internet activity, and geolocation (see Section 1).
• Purposes: Service provision, analytics, compliance, marketing.
• We do not “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by CCPA.
• Rights: Know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale/sharing (none currently), limit sensitive data use, non-discrimination. Submit verifiable requests via email or phone (Section 10). We may verify identity before responding.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Website is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 in some contexts). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn of such collection, we will delete it.
